Real Estate License Lookup
Before you sign with a real estate agent or brokerage, check that they hold an active state license. Search our directory of licensed agents and brokerages in Florida, Texas and Arizona by name or license number. Each result links to the person’s or company’s profile on Dupica and to the official license lookup of the state regulator, where you can confirm the record.
How to look up a real estate license
- Search by name or license number. Type at least three characters: an agent’s last name, a full name, a brokerage name or a license number. You can narrow the search to one state.
- Check the details. Each result shows the license type (broker, broker associate, sales associate or brokerage), the license number, the city and, for agents, the brokerage they work for.
- Confirm it with the state. Use the “Verify” link to open the official lookup of the Florida DBPR, the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) or the Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE). The state record is the one that counts.
Official license lookups by state

What our results include, and what they don’t
- Only licenses that were active in the latest state records we imported. Expired, inactive or revoked licenses are not listed.
- Public license information only: name, license type, license number, city and brokerage. We never publish agents’ home addresses, phone numbers or emails from license records.
- Agents who have hidden their profile on Dupica do not appear.
- We refresh Dupica from the state records periodically, so a very recent change may not show yet. See our data sources.
Dupica is a private directory. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any state agency, and a profile on Dupica is not an official license verification.
Frequently asked questions
Is it free to look up a real estate license?
Yes. Searching on Dupica is free, and so are the online lookups of the Florida DBPR, TREC and ADRE.
I can’t find an agent. What does that mean?
The agent may be newly licensed, have an inactive license, be licensed in another state, or be listed under their full legal name. Try the last name only, or search the state regulator’s official lookup directly.
Can I search brokerages too?
Yes. Type the brokerage’s name or its license number. Brokerage results link to the company’s profile, where you can see its offices and the agents licensed under it.
Something is wrong in a profile. How do I fix it?
Brokerages can claim their profile for free and update it. Anyone can use our correction or removal form. Errors in the license record itself must be corrected with the state regulator.
