Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how DUPICA HOLDINGS LLC (“Dupica,” “we,” “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you use dupica.com, including the Spanish version at dupica.com/es/ (the “Site”). We wrote it in plain language. If something is unclear, contact us.
The short version: we never sell lists of personal data. If you ask us for a home valuation or contact a brokerage through Dupica, we send your request to one local real estate brokerage so it can help you. You can opt out at any time on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.
1. Who we are
Dupica is an online directory of licensed real estate brokerages and agents in the United States, operated by DUPICA HOLDINGS LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company. Dupica is not a real estate brokerage, does not represent buyers or sellers, and does not take part in real estate transactions. You can reach us at info@dupica.com or through our contact form.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Home valuation requests: your name, phone number, email address (optional), the ZIP code and city of the property and details about it (type, bedrooms, bathrooms, size, year built, condition, features), your plans (for example, sell or rent, and when), whether you own the property, and the language you used.
- Messages to a brokerage: when you use the contact form on a brokerage’s profile, your name, email, phone (optional) and message.
- Messages to Dupica: when you use our contact form, your name, email, the topic and your message.
- Brokerages and agents: when you claim, create, edit or remove a profile, your name, business email, phone, license details, the information you publish on your profile (logo, photos, description, services, links) and the documents you upload to prove you own the profile. Paid plans are sold and invoiced by our affiliate REAL DIGITAL NETWORK LLC. If you buy one, your payment details are collected and processed by our payment processor Stripe on behalf of REAL DIGITAL NETWORK LLC; we receive only limited information such as the plan, billing status and the last digits of your card. We never see or store your card number.
- Privacy requests: the email and/or phone number you give us when you ask us not to sell or share your information, plus a record of the request.
Information we collect automatically
- Usage and device data: pages viewed, links clicked, forms started or completed, referring website, approximate location derived from your IP address (city or region), browser and device type. We collect this through Google Analytics 4 (see our Cookie Notice).
- Security data: your IP address is used temporarily to limit abuse of our forms (for example, too many submissions in an hour) and, if enabled, by Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots.
- Profile statistics: we count visits and contacts per profile so we can report them to the brokerage. These counts are aggregated and do not identify you.
Information from public sources and partners
- Real estate license records published by state regulators (Florida DBPR, Texas TREC and Arizona ADRE): names, license numbers, license status and type, office addresses and the brokerage each agent is licensed with. These records are public by law. See Data sources.
- Google Maps Platform: ratings, reviews, photos and business details of brokerages are shown live from Google. We store only the Google Place ID that links a profile to its Google listing, not the reviews themselves.
- Public statistics from the U.S. Census Bureau (American Community Survey) and the Federal Housing Finance Agency (House Price Index), which contain no personal information, used to calculate home value estimates.
Sensitive personal information: we do not ask for or knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, health information, or information about race, religion or sexual orientation. Please don’t include it in your messages.
3. How we use information
- To provide the Site: show directory profiles, calculate home value estimates and send them to you.
- To connect you with a brokerage when you ask for it (see section 4).
- To let brokerages and agents claim, verify, edit and remove their profiles, and to manage paid plans and billing.
- To answer your messages and privacy requests.
- To send service emails (for example, your valuation, confirmations and account notices) and, to brokerages, business emails about their profile and leads in their area, each with a way to unsubscribe.
- To measure and improve the Site, prevent fraud, spam and abuse, and keep the Site secure.
- To comply with the law and enforce our Terms of Use.
We do not use your information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you based solely on automated processing. Home value estimates are calculated automatically from public statistics and the details you provide, and they are informational only.
4. How we share information
- With one local brokerage, when you ask: if you request a home valuation and check the consent box, we send your request (name, phone, email if given, property details and plans) to one real estate brokerage in your area that has a paid Dupica plan, so it can contact you about your request. If no brokerage with a paid plan serves your area yet, we may hold your request for up to 72 hours and deliver it to the first local brokerage that activates a plan. While we hold it, we may tell local brokerages that a request exists, without your name, phone or email. If you send a message from a brokerage’s profile, it goes only to that brokerage. Brokerages receive leads as part of a plan they pay for, so under some state laws this may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. You can opt out at any time (see section 7).
- Our affiliate REAL DIGITAL NETWORK LLC, which sells and invoices paid plans for brokerages, receives the billing information of brokerages that buy a plan. It does not receive consumers’ valuation requests.
- Service providers that process information for us under contract: website hosting (in the United States), email delivery, Google (Analytics and Maps Platform), Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (security). They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
- Legal reasons: when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, safety and property of Dupica, our users or others.
- Business transfers: if Dupica is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
Once a brokerage receives your request, its own privacy policy applies to how it uses your information. Brokerages must comply with applicable laws, including fair housing, telemarketing and privacy laws.
5. Phone calls, text messages and email
Dupica does not make autodialed or prerecorded calls and does not send marketing text messages. When you give your phone number in a valuation request, you agree that the brokerage that receives your request may contact you about it; that brokerage is responsible for complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and Do Not Call rules. Our commercial emails comply with the CAN-SPAM Act: they identify Dupica and include a working unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests promptly. Service emails related to a request you made (such as your valuation) are not marketing.
6. Cookies, analytics and Global Privacy Control
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies, mainly Google Analytics 4, to understand how the Site is used. We do not use advertising cookies to show you targeted ads. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if your browser sends it, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser and turn off advertising-related storage in Google’s tags. Details and controls are in our Cookie Notice.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live (including California under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, and other states with similar laws), you have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we have about you, the categories of sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclose it to, and get a copy in a portable format.
- Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, including for targeted advertising. Use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page; no account or identity verification is needed. After you opt out, your future valuation requests will not be sent to any brokerage, and requests we are holding will not be delivered.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect sensitive personal information for purposes that would require this option.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We will not deny you service or charge you a different price because you exercised a privacy right.
- Appeal our decision on your request, where your state law provides that right, by replying to our decision. If we deny your appeal, you may contact your state attorney general.
How to exercise your rights
Send a request through our contact form (choose “Privacy request (CCPA)”) or email info@dupica.com. Tell us what you want to do and the email or phone number you used on Dupica. For requests to know, delete or correct, we will verify your identity by matching information you give us with what we have (for example, by asking you to confirm from the same email address). You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof that the agent is authorized and ask you to verify your identity directly.
Response times: we confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we need more time (up to another 45 days), we will tell you why. Requests are free of charge unless they are manifestly unfounded or excessive.

10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, limited staff access and spam protection. Ownership documents uploaded by brokerages are stored in a private folder that is not publicly accessible. No system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects you, we will notify you as required by law.
11. Children
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Where your data is stored
The Site is hosted in the United States and is intended for users in the United States. Some service providers may process data in other countries under appropriate safeguards. If you use the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
13. Third-party sites and Google content
The Site links to brokerage websites and shows content from Google Maps. Those third parties have their own privacy practices, which we do not control. Google content is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service.
14. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date and, if the changes are significant, we will give additional notice on the Site.
