Florida Real Estate License Lookup
In Florida, real estate licenses are issued and regulated by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), Division of Real Estate, together with the Florida Real Estate Commission. Search the licensed Florida agents and brokerages on Dupica below, then confirm the license on the DBPR’s official lookup.
How to do a DBPR license lookup
- Open Verify a Licensee on MyFloridaLicense.com, the DBPR licensing portal.
- Choose how to search: by name, by license number, by city or by license type.
- Enter the details and run the search. The results show each licensee’s profession, license number and license status.
Tip: run the search on Dupica first to find the exact name and license number, then use our “Verify on Florida DBPR” link, which opens the DBPR license number search.
Florida license types you will see
- Sales associate: a licensed agent who works under a broker.
- Broker: licensed to operate a real estate brokerage.
- Broker associate: holds a broker license but works under another broker.
- Brokerage: the company (corporation, partnership or other business) registered with the DBPR, with its offices.
Dupica lists only licenses that were active in the latest DBPR public records we imported. Profiles show the city, never an agent’s home address.
