Dupica is a directory of licensed real estate brokerages and agents in Florida, Texas and Arizona, available in English and in Spanish. We help homeowners and buyers find a licensed professional in their city, check their license and reviews, and contact them directly.

Our mission
Choosing who will sell or help you buy a home is a big decision. We want that choice to start from facts that anyone can check: who holds an active license, where they work, which brokerage they belong to and what their clients say. That is why every profile starts from official public records and links to the state regulator, and why Dupica is fully available in Spanish for the millions of Spanish-speaking homeowners and buyers in these states.
Where our data comes from
- State license records: brokerage and agent profiles are created from the public license records of the Florida DBPR, the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) and the Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE). We list active licenses only and never publish agents’ home addresses.
- Brokerages themselves: brokerages and agents that claim their profile can add a description, services, languages and contact details.
- Reviews: reviews written on Dupica are published after the author confirms their email. Some profiles also show ratings and reviews from Google Maps, clearly labeled.
- Home values: our free estimator uses public data from the U.S. Census Bureau and the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA).

How we make money
We want to be clear about this, because it affects what you see:
- Free for homeowners and buyers. Searching, reading profiles, checking licenses and estimating your home’s value cost nothing.
- Free listings for every licensed brokerage and agent. Every brokerage can claim and edit its profile for free, or ask us to correct or remove it.
- Optional paid plans for brokerages (Featured, Top City and Top County). Brokerages with a plan get the Dupica Seal, show their contact details, appear higher in their city or county, and receive requests from homeowners in their area, such as contact messages and home valuation requests. Plans are sold and billed by our affiliate REAL DIGITAL NETWORK LLC through Stripe.
Paid placements are always labeled as sponsored. The Dupica Seal means a brokerage has committed to keep its information current and respond to Dupica users; it is not an audit, certification or recommendation. When you request a home valuation, your details go to one brokerage in your area, never to a list of agents, and you can opt out of any sharing on our Do Not Sell or Share page.
What we are not
Dupica is not a real estate brokerage, does not represent buyers or sellers, and is not affiliated with any state agency. Information on Dupica is for general guidance; always confirm a license with the state regulator before hiring a professional.
