TREC License Lookup: Texas Real Estate Agents

In Texas, real estate brokers and sales agents are licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). Search the licensed Texas agents and brokerages on Dupica below, then confirm the license on TREC’s official License Holder Search.

How to do a TREC license lookup

  1. Open the TREC License Holder Search.
  2. Type the person’s name or license number in the “Name or License Number” box.
  3. Select the license type “Broker or Sales Agent” and run the search.

Tip: our “Verify on Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC)” link opens the TREC search with the license number already filled in.

Texas license types you will see

Texas law does not allow TREC to publish license holders’ addresses, phone numbers or emails, so Texas profiles on Dupica show the county until the brokerage completes its profile. We list only licenses that were active in the latest TREC records we imported.
