Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Dupica never sells lists of personal data. But when you ask for a home valuation, we send your request to one local real estate brokerage that pays for a Dupica plan. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and similar state laws, that may count as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. You have the right to opt out, and we make it easy.
What happens when you opt out
- Future home valuation requests made with your email or phone number will not be sent to any brokerage. You will still see your estimate and, if you give your email, receive it by email.
- Requests we are holding for a brokerage that has not activated a plan yet will not be delivered.
- We will not use your information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Requests that were already delivered before you opted out can’t be recalled by us; you can ask that brokerage directly to stop using your information, or contact us and we’ll pass on your request.
Messages you send yourself from a brokerage’s profile go only to that brokerage, at your direction. If you don’t want a brokerage to have your information, simply don’t contact it.
Opt out now
Enter the email address, the phone number, or both, that you used or might use on Dupica. You don’t need an account and we won’t ask you to verify your identity. We store only a coded (hashed) version so we can recognize future requests.
Your browser is sending a Global Privacy Control signal: we honor it as a request not to sell or share your information in this browser.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser. Because a GPC signal doesn’t tell us who you are, use the form above if you also want us to apply your choice to valuation requests made with your email or phone.
Other ways to opt out
You can also email info@dupica.com or use our contact form (choose “Privacy request (CCPA)”). An authorized agent may submit an opt-out on your behalf. For more about your rights — to know, delete and correct your personal information — see our Privacy Policy.
