Accessibility
We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to find a brokerage, check an agent’s license or value their home on Dupica.
Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Some of the things we do:
- Semantic HTML with headings, landmarks and labeled form fields, so screen readers can navigate the site.
- Keyboard access to menus, search, forms and the home value estimator, with visible focus indicators.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, and sufficient color contrast, including in dark mode.
- Pages that work when zoomed up to 200% and on small screens.
- The whole site in English and in Spanish (dupica.com/es/), with the correct language declared on each page.
Known limitations
Some content comes from third parties and may not be fully accessible, for example embedded Google maps, reviews and photos from Google, and brokerage websites we link to. Information from state license records is shown as published by each regulator. We keep testing and improving the site, and we review new features for accessibility before launch.
