How Dupica Works
Dupica brings together every licensed real estate brokerage and agent in Florida, Texas and Arizona in one place, in English and Spanish. Here is how it works for each of you.
For homeowners
- Find brokerages in your city. Search your city or browse by state and county. Each city page lists the local brokerages and licensed agents.
- Compare them. Check each brokerage’s license, offices, agents and reviews, and see the city’s ranking of brokerages by their clients’ reviews on Dupica.
- Know what your home is worth. Our free estimator uses public U.S. Census Bureau and FHFA data. If you want, a local brokerage contacts you; your details go to one brokerage only, and you can opt out of sharing at any time.
For buyers
- Find licensed agents in the city where you want to buy, including agents who speak Spanish.
- Use the license lookup to confirm that an agent or brokerage holds an active license, with a direct link to the state regulator.
- Read reviews from other clients and leave your own after working with a brokerage.
For agents
- Your profile is created from your state license record: your name, license type and number, city and brokerage. We never publish your home address.
- Claim your profile for free to add a photo, a bio, the languages you speak and your contact details. Your brokerage approves the claim.
- You can hide your profile at any time, or ask us to correct it.
For brokerages
- Free profile: every licensed brokerage has one. Claim it to verify you control it, then edit your description, logo, services and languages. Not listed yet? Add your brokerage.
- Reviews: clients can review you on your profile. Reviews are published after the author confirms their email.
- Optional plans: Featured, Top City and Top County show your contact details with the Dupica Seal, place you higher (labeled as sponsored), let you reply to reviews and send you requests from homeowners in your area. See plans for brokerages.
- Corrections: use the correction or removal form if something is wrong.
How rankings work
Each city has a ranking of brokerages. Brokerages with a plan appear first and are marked as sponsored. The rest are ordered by the number of positive reviews (4 and 5 stars) left on Dupica and by their average rating. Only brokerages with an active state license are listed. Dupica does not audit or certify brokerages.
