Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to be on Dupica?
Being listed in the directory and claiming your profile is free. To get the Dupica Seal (your own description, photos, map, contact requests and home valuation requests from your area, and a higher ranking in your city) you need one of the plans: Featured, Top City or Top County, with no long-term contract.
What is the Dupica Seal?
The Dupica Seal is held by brokerages that have proven they own their profile and have committed to Dupica to keep their information up to date and to respond to clients who contact them through Dupica. It's included in all paid plans.
Why doesn't my profile have the Dupica Seal?
Because the Seal comes with the plans. Without a plan you can claim the profile, upload your logo and get your details ready: the profile shows the details are yours and publishes your phone, address and website. With a plan you get the Seal, your own description, the direct link to your website and the leads from your area.
How do I prove the profile is mine?
If the email you sign up with matches the one on the profile or your website's domain, verification is instant. You can also add a code to your website or send us a company document.
What's the difference between Featured and Top?
Featured puts you ahead of non-featured profiles in your city. Top City gives you fixed top positions and a slot at the top of your city page; there are only 3 spots per city. Top County puts you at the top of your county page and all its city pages; there are only 3 spots per county.
Does the link to my website help SEO?
Without a plan, your website appears on the profile only as text, without a link. With any paid plan it becomes a direct link to your website, without nofollow, and your profile includes local business structured data: more visits to your website and two signals that help Google understand and value your business.
Can I manage my clients' reviews?
With any plan you can publicly reply to each review, invite your clients to review you by email and import the reviews you have on other sites (shown with their source). If a review isn't from a client, you can request its removal: we ask the author to confirm and, if they don't within 7 days, it's hidden. We review offensive reviews or those containing personal information ourselves.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. From your dashboard you can access the billing portal to change plans, update your card, download invoices or cancel. You keep your plan until the end of the paid period.
I don't want to be listed. How do I remove my profile?
On the profile itself, click “Correct or remove”. Removal is immediate once you confirm your email, and we send you written confirmation.
